Hilary Duff is born September 28th September, 1987. Houston, Texas is the place where Hilary Duff was raised. It was not long before she became one of the most famous and well-loved actresses. Haylie Duff was her older sister. Hilary Duff wanted to be like her older sister and she began to travel with her as just a young girl. Though she loved ballet, the young actress quickly began a career in acting. The young actress's first acting part came in 1998's Casper Meets Wendy. Her starring role in Wendy was to be her first of many. Her most memorable performance, one that we adored while growing up, was Duff as Lizzie McGuire in the Lizzie McGuire film series.
